No. PrimoCache is a block-level caching program for disk sectors. It only monitors read/write activities on individual disk sectors, but cannot capture any file information. Therefore, you cannot force PrimoCache to cache or not to cache a specific file or directory, nor can you filter files to be cached by file type, name, etc.
